CoverPlus does exactly what you would expect; if your product develops a fault, we'll put it right or we'll replace it. In fact it provides complete peace of mind at surprisingly little cost. Your product will be repaired free of charge if it fails at any time during the period of your agreement with PerfectHome. There are no hidden charges and all parts and labour are included.
You can relax, knowing that our team of expert engineers are dedicated to all aspects of after sales care. What's more, we guarantee to repair your product or it will be replaced.
The right to return
But that's not all; unlike other extended warranties that may be available, complete peace of mind is assured with CoverPlus as it provides the added benefit of you being able to return your product at any time and without any financial penalty.
Our re-start option
What's more if you choose, for any reason, to return your product to us, you can you can re-start where you left within 12 months with a comparable age/condition product and only pay the remaining balance of your original agreement. You can't lose!

Information on extended warranties for domestic electrical and other goods
The following information may help you decide whether or not to purchase CoverPlus for any goods you purchase from us.
How much will it cost?
To keep it simple and easy for you, we offer a weekly payment facility, so you just pay each week for CoverPlus. All prices are specific to each product and are advertised separately on each product.
What is not included?
The following are NOT included in a CoverPlus contract:
- Transit damage unless caused by us or our sub-contractors;
- Defects or surges in the electrical supply;
- Acts of God;
- Accidental damage;
- Wilful acts, neglect or misuse of any of the goods.
Your statutory rights
Whether or not you purchase an extended warranty, consumers have various statutory rights that apply to the purchase of goods.
These include the right to claim for a refund, repair or replacement for up to six years (five in Scotland) if your goods when sold were not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose. Within the first six months, the burden of proof is on the retailer to establish that the goods you purchased were of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose. However, after the first six months, you will have to prove that the goods had a fault when sold to you.

Other extended warranties
Extended warranties are available from a number of sources and there is no requirement to purchase the cover at the same time as purchasing the product. However, remember that other extended warranties will not provide you with the valuable benefit of the right to return your product without financial penalty, as long as your payments are up to date.
It is a requirement that the goods you are purchasing are insured against theft, fire and accidental damage. This can be achieved by purchasing our Theft and Accidental Damage Insurance or if you already have Household Insurance.
If you have household insurance that covers the risks listed you should be aware that:
- Your cover may not include products being purchased through a hire purchase agreement;
- You may not be covered for breakdown or other faults;
- Portable products may not be covered;
- An excess may be payable and a claim may affect the cost of subsequent insurance premiums.
If you make a claim under this extended warranty then your warranty will continue to provide cover under the warranty until its expiration date, as long as payments are made on the due dates.
Your right to cancel and receive a full refund
If you decide to purchase an extended warranty for one of our products, you have the right to cancel the extended warranty within 45 calendar days and receive a full refund provided no claim has been made under the terms of the extended warranty.
You have the right to terminate the extended warranty at any time after the 45 day cancellation period, however, you won't receive a refund of any weekly payments already made. Your CoverPlus contract is renewable each time your payment is due. If the amount is not paid the CoverPlus contract will lapse.
CoverPlus is a non-insured product provided by Temple Finance Limited, The Lodge, Coleshill Manor, Coleshill, West Midlands, B46 1DL (registered number: 5671852). The extended warranty funds are not kept separate from the rest of the business and arrangements depend on the provider staying in business. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply to this warranty.
