It is our policy to actively assist, encourage and promote the development of our people through training. We recognise that the skills and calibre of our employees are essential factors in ensuring that we provide a high quality service to our customers and achieve sustainable long-term growth for the business.

All employees are encouraged to take an active interest in their own development. We want them to take ownership of their career and help identify areas in which their skills and performance can be enhanced to enable job enrichment and career development.

Initially, on joining the company, you will be given induction training to help you to understand the Company objectives and the details of your job. From then on your performance will be regularly reviewed by your Line Manager. These reviews provide ideal opportunities to give and receive feedback, discuss your strengths and development opportunities in relation to your current job, and to identify ways to further develop your job skills.
